| The Scheme: |
Mechanical Static, Mechanical Rotating, Electrical, and Instrument Disciplines
The competence development program comprises of two separate phases ie The Pre-Employment Phase and The Employment Phase. The first phase is a two-year pre-employment program. Upon successful completion of the two-year Pre-Employment Phase, Trainee will be employed on REGULAR basis as “ETPS Technician”. Starting salary of B$1,197.00 per month plus 2-month salary supplement and Individual Performance Bonus (subject to performance).
Technicians will be developed in the “Engineering Technician Progression Scheme” where continuous Assessment and Progression Tests will be conducted as part of their competence development.
The scheme also provides opportunity for trainees to improve competencies in their core discipline and acquire basic secondary skills |

| Allowances: |
• Training Allowance B$500.00 per month
• Meals Allowance B$250.00 per month
• Plus Disturbance Related Allowances i.e. Shift Allowance, etc (if applicable) |
| Training Program : |
• 2-year pre-employment training program at BLNG Learning Centre, and BLNG & Refinery Plants
• 40 hours from Monday to Friday inclusive |
| Vacation Entitlement : |
| 10 working days per annum |
| Personal Protective Equipment : |
| Trainees will be provided with appropriate protective equipment such as coverall, safety shoes, goggles, etc. |
| Clubs : |
| Eligible for full membership of the Brunei Shell Recreation Club (BSRC) - own account |
| Medical Facilities : |
| Free medical treatment at Panaga Health Centre. |
| Accommodation : |
| Trainees from Tutong and Brunei/Muara will be provided with Company accommodation throughout training period |

| Minimum Requirement: |
|
Must have attained at least a BTEC National Diploma in relevant discipline, or equivalent, from any recognised institution |
|
Must be between 18 to 25 years of age. |
|
Must be medically fit to work as certified by Panaga Health Centre |
|
Must pass BLNG pre-employment assessment and interview |
