Who Should Apply ?
BLNG is primarily a high-tech business activity. Most staff are employed in jobs requiring a high level of technical expertise. The technical nature of the business means that we particularly interested in staff with a science background.
We expect graduates with proven performance to move into more senior positions either as specialists or managers in the medium and longer term. BLNG do not recruit with an immediate vacancy in mind. The strategy is to attract staff with growth potential - graduates who have the ambition, capacity and motivation to succeed at these professional and managerial levels. |
